Heritage Famille Guilhem Sauvignon

IGP Pays d’Oc, France

case of 6

Château Guilhem was built in 1878. Family run for five generations, the estate is now run by Bertrand Gourdou Guilhem that pursues the family tradition.

The 35 hectare vineyard is grown according to organic farming methods with the utmost respect of human beings and grapes. This philosophy is part of the desire to be as close as possible to the vines. Requiring an unfailing attention, this process brings up the best out of the plants, with excellent grapes being harvested each year.

Bright in colour with yellow and green highlights. It is an expressive wine with scents of exotic fruits (lychee, pineapple) and honeysuckle. The palate is refreshing with beautiful lingering aromas. Sauvignon at its best.
